Dr. Srinibasa Padhy

Dr. Srinibasa Padhy is currently in Associate Professor I rank in the School of Electronics Engineering at KIIT Deemed to be University, where he has served for over 14 years. He holds an MTech. in Microelectronics and VLSI design from IIT, Kharagpur in the year 2011 and a Ph.D. in Engineering from KIIT University Bhubaneswar. His research focuses on earth-abundant materials for low-cost thin-film solar cells, semiconductor materials,Semiconductor Materials, VLSI Design focusing on Low power applications. He has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences and has contributed to multiple DST SERB-funded projects as a co-investigator.
