Ujjwol Barman received Ph.D. degree from IIT Guwahati in 2019 for his thesis entitled 'Field Effect Transistor Based Biosensor for Detection of Glutathione.' His research areas include Semiconductor Devices, Biosensors and Nanoelectronics. He received B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati.
