Drones are unmanned aerial vehicles. Drones are a kind of air vehicle that flies without any actual pilot. Drones are playing a vital role in making things easier and more efficient. Initially, drones were only used by the military. Now, it is used by many professionals and individuals. Drones are used in various fields like construction, defense, photography, Marketing, delivery, agriculture, rescue, entertainment, etc. Recently, the School of Electronics Engineering procured a DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 with Multispectral Camera for its Sensing & Computing Lab for various research purposes. Mr. Arun Jeya Prakash, Director, Aviocian Technologies Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi had given hands-on training to Faculty and a few students involved in the research work.
