Biography and academic profile

Jyoti Ranjan PANDA received his B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar in 1999, M. E. degree in Communication Engineering from BITS, Pilani, and Rajasthan in 2001. He completed his Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in October 2012. Prior to that he was senior research fellow (SRF) in a BRNS, DAE funded project “Development of Preforms from High Power Fiber Lasers” in Department of Physics and Meteorology, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (May 2002 to March 2004), faculty in Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology (DIATM), Durgapur, West Bengal, National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST), Berhampur, Odisha. He was serving as an Assistant Professor from June 2012 to November 2012 and from November 2012 to till now he is serving as an Associate Professor in School of Electronics Engineering, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. His research interest is in microwave Engineering, planar antennas for wireless communication. Now he is started working in the field of adaptive and array signal processing.
