Ayaskanta Mishra is pursuing Teaching and Research since 2011. Prior to his teaching career he was working as Engineering at SIEMENS Communications & Enterprise Networks India part of SIEMENS AG. He is currently active in research Communication Engineering & Next-Generation Networks. His area of interest includes Network & protocols optimization, Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), AR/VR, UI/UX, Sensor data analytics, WSN, Network Security, Internet technologies, optimization techniques using AI and Machine learning. He has numerous indexed Journals and international/national conference proceedings to his credits. He is having rich experience on different network tools NS-2, QualNet, CISCO Packet Tracer, protocol analyzers and embedded development platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Intel Galileo, XBEE Zigbee motes for developing of IoT application prototypes for Smart Cities, Healthcare, Supply Chain Management, Environment and Agriculture. He has undergone various industry training and associations with Wipro Mission 10X professional trainer program, D-Link Certified Network Trainer, Intel FiCE certified trainer for IoT, Ericsson Trainer in Media & Applications. He is associated with Training Programs from Cypress Semiconductors and Microchip in the domain of Embedded Systems and IoT. Prof. Mishra is giving training and consultancy service to budding engineers and corporate on Computer Networks & IoT. He has received his Bachelor in Engineering degree with Distinction from SATHYABAMA Deemed to be University (Chennai) in the year 2007 and Masters in Technology from IIIT in year 2011. He is currently pursuing Ph.D in Communication Networks and IoT. He is professional society member IET (UK) since 2017 and a life member ISCA.
