Biography and academic profile

Amlan Datta did his B. Tech, M. Tech and Ph. D from IIT Kharagpur in the year 1987, 1989, and 1992, respectively. Between 1992 to 1997, he worked in Microwave and Millimeter wave in DRDO and its sponsored projects in IIT Kharagpur, and DEAL, Dehradun. From, 1997 to 2012, he worked in the field of cellular communication in Reliance Communication, and ZTE, India. Since, 2012 he worked in the School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT Deemed to be university. He has guided 5 research scholars, 25 M. Techs and more than 100 B. Tech students. His research interests include Microwave, Millimeter wave and Communication.
