Wireless Communication and Networking Lab
Wireless communication and Networking Lab at School of Electronics Engineering is established to facilitate research in the domains of Wireless Communication and Data Networks apart from being utilized as an academic laboratory to carryout experiments. This lab is equipped with various network simulators and computing facilities to carry-out research in the field of Wireless Communication, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS), Computer Networks and Data Communication Networks and TCP/IP protocols. Apart from facilitating Ph. D/M. Tech/ B. Tech level research work this lab is also utilized to carry-out experiments for undergraduate-level (B. Tech) students in the domain of ‘Wireless and Mobile Communication’ and ‘Data Communication & Networking’ using QualNet®, NS-2, CISCO® Packet Tracers and various hardware trainer kits.
