Write-up on the Event:

Bot FC was a high-energy robo-soccer event where teams competed using manually controlled bots in fast-paced, goal-driven matches. The event tested participants’ skills in remote control, coordination, and strategic gameplay, requiring quick thinking and precise movements. With intense matches and crowd engagement, Bot FC combined technical challenge with fun, sparking interest in robotics and real-time control systems.

Outcome/Impact: 

  1. Blended creativity, teamwork, and control engineering in an arena-style, goal-driven competition.
  2. Required real-time collaboration and decision-making with manually-controlled bots.
  3. Helped students enhance skills in motor control, wireless communication, and navigation.
