Write-up on the Event:

Bot Burnout challenged participants to design and operate high-speed remote-controlled bots capable of navigating complex tracks filled with sharp turns, ramps, and obstacles. The event tested speed, control, and precision, pushing teams to fine-tune their designs for both agility and performance. With each round packed with excitement and tight finishes, Bot Burnout offered a thrilling introduction to robotics for newcomers and a fast-paced engineering challenge for seasoned participants.

Outcome/Impact: 

  1. Focused on building competencies in organize accuracy, and strategic navigation using remote-controlled robots.
  2. Challenged participants to manually navigate a complex obstacle course using problem-solving and control skills.
  3. Attracted both experienced teams and newcomers, serving as an ideal entry point into robotics.
  4. Provided a platform for participants to gain hands-on, real-world robotics experience.
  5. Reflected the society’s ability to organize structured, educational events that promote essential technical growth.
