The 5th IEEE International Conference on Applied Electromagnetics Signal Processing & Communication (IEEE 5th AESPC-2025), jointly organized by the IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S) and IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) Student Branch Chapters at the School of Electronics Engineering, KIIT (Deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, was a prestigious and large-scale academic event aimed at fostering innovation and knowledge exchange in the fields of electromagnetics, signal processing, and communication systems. Conducted from 5th December 2025 to 6th December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM over two days in offline mode, the conference witnessed an impressive participation of around 200 attendees, including students, researchers, and academicians. The conference was chaired by Prof. Sudhakar Sahu, whose leadership and vision ensured the successful execution of this technically enriching event. The sessions were held across multiple venues, including the Auditorium, Conference Hall, and the Centre for RF and Microwave Research Lab, providing a comprehensive and immersive academic environment.
